econimic loss, property or damage of any kind resulting from

The customer will assume the full cost of any damage resulting from the use of products/interation, of failure
to interact with any products, software by Gadstyle.com
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,
in no event will Gadstyle be liable for any damages whatsoever
Gadstyle.com attempts to be as accurate as possible in providing information,
but we do not guarantee the completeness and accuracy of all related information
found on Gadstyle.com
No information obtained by you from Gadstyle.com will create any warranty or condition not expressly stated in these terms.
Information Errors
In the event there is any typographical errors, price error, adjustment in prices. We reserve the right to
decline/reject the transaction. If payment has already been made, we will offer a full refund. The customer
is welcome to start another transaction once the correct information has been communicated.
Return/Exchange Policy/Limited Warranty
All products have a 90 days manufacturer's warranty, beyond that, it is the product warranty.
The 90 days warranty means that if product has been confirmed to be defective by Gadstyle or the
manufacturer, Gadstyle will either replace the product or provide servicing at no additional cost
but the buyer will have to pay for the postage back to Gadstyle. Information will be provided
to the buyer on how to faciliate this exchange. Gadstyle does not cover the warranty if the product is damaged
as a result of mis-use, abuse and modification of any kind. Please note that all refunds and exchanges are
subjected to the approval of Gadstyle.com
In the event that other websites link to Gadstyle.com, Gadstyle cannot be responsible for the content and the advertising
of these sites.
