How to use

Q: How to power on/off? A: Please press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to power on; the blue light will go on for 1 second. To power off, please press and hold the power button for 4 second and the red light will flash for 1 second. Q: How to do Bluetooth pairing? A: The pairing mode starts automatically the first time it was turned on. The red and blue lights will flash alternately. Q: How to do charging? A: The red light is on while charging. When charging is finished, the red light will turn off. Q: When to do security pairing? A: If the pairing phone has Bluetooth prior to 3.0, please use the default security code 0000. Q: How to clear the pairing history? A: Please press and hold Vol+ and Vol- for 3 seconds. The headphones will switch to automatic discovery mode. Q: Why cannot see the battery/volume display? A: Currently, the display only supports iOS and may not support other operating systems. Q: Why earphones do not turn on? A: Please check if your earphones have enough battery life. If not, please charge them for at least 30 minutes. Q: Why device pairing fails? A: Please check that your earphones are in the “discoverable” mode (red and blue lights flash alternately). Or, please make sure that your earphones are not connected to other devices. Here, we recommend you to press and hold the Vol+ and Vol- simultaneously for 5 seconds. Thus, your headphones’ pairing history will be cleaned and entered the “discoverable” mode automatically. Then, you can try again. Q: Why in-line control buttons and microphone do not work? A: 1MORE headphones use intelligent dual in-line remote control that is compatible with most iOS and Android smartphones. However, we cannot test every device, so if your control buttons cannot work well, please try another device. Q: Why my Android device successfully connects to the earphones but the earphones do not play music? A: After pairing successfully, on the Bluetooth menu of your device, please tap the icon on the right of your device name and make sure the “Media Audio” option is on. Q: Why my Android device successfully connects to the earphones but there is no sound while making the calls? A: After pairing successfully, on the Bluetooth menu of your device, please tap the icon on the right of your device name and make sure the “Phone Audio” option is on. Q: How to do if Bluetooth connection is not stable, causing some interruptions? A: Please try shortening the distance between your earphones and device. Also, please avoid solid barriers in between, keep away from strong interference sources including WIFI and GPRS and make sure the Bluetooth antenna of your device is not blocked. Q: Why the actual volume still sounds low after I adjusted to the maximum level? A: In different operating systems, especially some Android systems, the earphones and your device have separate volume control systems. So please adjust the volume controls on both the device and the earphones according to your preference.
