I bought this product mainly to communicate with my driver while my car is parked under basement where no mobile network is available. It takes a learning curve to operate how you want to use it & definitely does what it is supposed to do. Pluspoints are its rechargable battery & pairing with a single mobile, only through Baseus app. The Baseus app needs registration with Email which seemed impossible using a gmail account. I later used outlook email to register.
