You have to notify us within 24 hours after receiving the Products from the delivery man appreciates every single time you trust us with your purchase. We want you to have an absolutely hassle-free shopping experience. We assure you that all Products sold on are brand new. In case the Products you have received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as you see on website’, you can return it within 3 days and we will solve your problem within 10-15 days, after receiving your notification. You can have Replacement or Refund.

Return can be occurred in two stages:

  • At the time of delivery
  • After receiving a delivery (Have to notify within 24 hrs)


  • We do not support software related issue, if the product is working on other device but not in customer device we will not accept this in our return policy.
  • As we’re not the manufacturer you cannot return an item which you’re not satisfied with the quality. We don’t accept unsealed or used items.

You can return the Products if:

  • You received a defective Product
  • You received a physically damaged Product
  • The Product is different from the picture on the website
  • Wrong Size issue

What we do not accept or allow to return:

  • If the product is genuine & physically good, we won’t process any return or refund request.
  • If the wrong color sign or text in the package, but you opened the package or break its intact seal.
  • Excuses of minor wrong description or spelling mistakes, as most of the products directly from brand so you will find information in their official website or google.

The customer must ensure the item is packed and delivered securely. will not be held responsible if the goods get damaged on their return to office. Returns are easy, simply follow these steps

  • With Order ID details and problem e-mail us at [email protected] within 24 hour
  • We will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process.
  • Please ensure that Products is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the Products.
  • Please note that you need to contact us within 24 hours after receiving a faulty or damaged Products, it is very necessary that you contact us via mail and also you have to send us the Products within 3 days. We will bear the return delivery charge if we intentionally send the damaged or faulty item.

REFUND POLICY provides the most hassle-free online shopping experience. Your money is safe with us. Refunds are issued when

  • If the seller cannot provide replacement
  • If a different Products is delivered to you.
  • If you changes mind & can cancel booking before the Products is already shipped

– Most refunds are fully refunded in 15 days after we receive and process your return.

– If you pay us by using card then we will request a refund in bank which will take 7-15 working days.( credit card payment return may take longer depending on Commercial Banks)

– If you pay us by bkash then your money will be bkashed in your desired account within 7-15 working days.

Please note that if we send you faulty Products then we will bear the return delivery charge otherwise you have to pay. Also, we will not pay extra or withdraw charge of the refund money. We will give the exact amount of the product price (excluding delivery charge).
